Whirlpool, Roper, Amana, KitchenAid, Tappan, Frigidaire, Estate, Jenn-Air, White-Westinghouse, Electrolux, Maytag, Fisher and Paykel, Samsung, LG, GE, Kirkland, Kenmore,  and many other popular brands are serviced by DBH Appliance Repair!

*We currently do not repair Sub Zero, Thermadore, Viking and several other brands due to parts distribution and technical information issues.

*We are factory authorized for Fisher and Paykel Appliances. We are one of their "White Glove" service companies.

The Service Charge

*We have a 30 mile radius of service and the inner circle of the radius (within 10 miles of Dyer) carries a $55.00 service charge to diagnose your appliance problem, this cost increases the further out we go. (not much, just a bit to cover our time. We charge a service call to cover our travel, time and diagnosis. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes and  sometimes it take an hour, to get a complete, accurate diagnostic....We try our best to be fair and upfront!

If you need more information before you book an appointment, ask Nikki to speak to Dave, He can further assist with cost questions. Nikki, however, is very knowledgeable. In the end, we must look at you appliance, in person, for an accurate price and diagnostic.

*We also have a labor charge...it varies depending on what task we are performing...for example an ignitor on an oven usually carries a $41.00 labor charge whereas a transmission in a washer can be significantly more...more work and time is more labor. The labor is usually flat rated to mirror a flat rate guide (with a significant percent off) and the TOTAL cost will be presented up-front for you to consider. If you reject this estimate the $55 is still collected.

*The other charge of course is parts, and tax on the parts.

Typical oven ignitor--$55 service call, $41 labor,  $60 part and tax--$159.20    (for example only)

*We offer a one-year warranty on all jobs, parts and labor.

*We accept checks, credit cards, and always, $cash$

*Thank you!!  to all my customers over the years, it really matters that so many of you have stayed with me all these years, you know who you are!
